This Return & Refund Policy describes how you can return items and obtain refunds or exchanges from Lee’s Rustic.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within [e.g. 7 or 14 or 30 days] from the date of delivery (specify your return window).
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Some items (e.g. intimate wear, sale / clearance items) may not be eligible for return—state such exclusions clearly.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us via email (leerustic@gmail.com) or through our customer service portal, stating your order number, item to return, and reason.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions (return address, RMA/return code).
  3. You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs to return the item (unless the return is due to our error).
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier and keep the tracking number.

3. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the item meets the return conditions, we will approve the return. If not, we may reject it.

4. Refunds or Exchanges

  • Refund: We will refund the purchase price (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to the original payment method within [e.g. 7–14 business days] after approval.
  • Exchange / Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to exchange for another item or obtain store credit.
  • You will be notified via email when the refund or exchange is processed.

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale, clearance, or discount items (if your policy excludes them)

6. Return Shipping Costs & Deductions

Return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Any customs, duties, or import taxes for international returns are not refunded.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—return procedures apply.

8. Partial Refunds

In some cases (e.g. item not in original condition, missing parts), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the item’s condition.
